Some things may be added for an additional charge:
- Track cleaning (areas exposed when windows or doors are opened)

- Screen scrubbing & washing

- Removable of grids or muntins

- Paint or construction debris removal

And job after job, year after year, our customers tell us the same thing, sometimes with wide eyes and giddy smiles. Those who have us clean their windows regularly tend to be more subdued in their expressions, but the feeling is there. They love it.

Window cleaning has been the hallmark of our business since it’s founding and it still is.

We 

take great care with every pane and aim for a perfect, streak-free clean with every window. It’s harder that it looks.

On each pane, we use our 6-S system:

1. We soap the glass using a water and soap solution. For glass with a lot of weather exposure,  we can apply a water repellant (similar to Rain-X).
2. We scrub it. On especially dirty windows, this is done with fresh, #0000 steel wool.
3. Squeegee the glass using a fresh squeegee nearly every pass.
4. We perform a streak-check, running down the edges and corners with a clean dry rag.
5. The sash & sill wipe comes next.
6. Lastly, we do a screen wipe if there is one.

We Clean it All! 
Along with the regular windows and doors around the perimeter of the house, we also clean skylights, deck railing glass, exterior lamps, French doors within the home, glass cabinets, and mirrors. These will be listed separately on any bid we provide you.
